I LOVE doing cakesmashes. If I shot only cakesmashes for the rest of my life, I would not be upset about it. Baby Ellie was my next "victim". We plopped her down on the driveway and let her go crazy. She was such a good sport! Happy Birthday, Ellie!

Amber wanted to show her oversees hubby that she's still a smoking hot mama and give Cori her first photo shoot, so I met them (And Hayden, of course!) at Kinder Farm Park for a family photo session. I am LOVING seeing these kids grow! Daddy'll be home soon! Yay!

I was invited to do headshots at a happy hour for the Young Nonprofit Professionals Network in Baltimore. I was nursing a broken toe, so I didn't get to schmooze too much, but I did have fun and enjoyed talking with the few people I was able to meet.

Olivia Act (Session 1)

EllieLiz, Bob, Talon, Eve, and Luke were nominated for my first Olivia Act session. They live close to my hometown, so we were able to get together during one of our trips to Philly. I met this adorable family at the Schofield Ford Covered Bridge in Newtown, PA. It was great spending the afternoon with them...I had an awesome time. Thanks for the nomination, Jennifer!

I've known Andrew since he was...10?, maybe? He's my husband's cousin, so we've known each other for a REALLY long time. He and Taryn invited us to their wedding in Allentown, PA. Since I wasn't the hired photographer, I didn't take all of my gear with me. I did, however, get a few shots before I enjoyed a little too much wine. Queen Anne's Race 5K.

Hayden.

In addition to Hayden's cake smash, Amber asked me to shoot his birthday party that was scheduled to take place the next day. Of course! I had an excellent time snapping away as Hayden and his friends celebrated his first birthday. Happy birthday, little dude!

Amber found me through our mutual friend, Amanda. Amber wanted to do a cake smash for her son, Hayden and I jumped at the opportunity. I LOVE cake smashes because you never know what will happen. Hayden took a little convincing, but once he warmed up to the idea, he devoured his red velvet cake and became an adorable cake-y mess in the process.

Ishtar & Aubergine.

Through the grapevine that is Facebook, I heard that The Aubergine Belly Dancing Troop was looking for a photographer to shoot an event. I jumped at the opportunity! I spent the night at Dark Horse Saloon in Bel Air, MD getting to know Nina and her a fun bunch of belly dancers and an equally fun belly dancing band. Thank you all for such an awesome night!

Sean & Ava.

Sean and Ava recently moved to Virginia, but headed back to Dover, DE for their wedding. They had a small intimate ceremony in Dover, DE and I was honored to be a part of their day. I wish them the best as they begin this new chapter.
