A photographer friend of mine (Amber) asked me if I'd work as a second shooter for a wedding she was doing for a friend of hers. I was happy to help! Congrats Allen and Beccy!

Evan and Zachary.
Zachary's mom (Amber) and Evan's mom (Me) decided to do a cake smash photo shoot for our August born baby boys. We used her lighting equipment and plopped the kiddos down for some cake smashing. That was the theory, at least. Evan decided he'd rather eat blueberries and chase after power cords. Fun times!

Renee & Saunders.
Renee and Saunders asked me to shoot their rehearsal dinner. I'd never been to one before, so I wasn't sure what to expect. One thing I've learned is that photographing people eating and making them look good while doing so is extremely difficult. They're moving to Hawaii in a few months, so they decided to give their rehearsal dinner a Hawaiian theme. Congrats, guys!

Ken & Liz.
A rainy morning moved the ceremony indoors, but that didn't stop my friends Ken and Liz from having a beautiful wedding day! Thanks for asking me to be a part of it! Mazel Tov!

Renee and Saunders.
I did a Save The Date photo shoot for some friends of mine. We spent a few hours at Silo Point in Baltimore enjoying the view of the city at sunset. This was the final result.

Ken and Liz.

What a gorgeous day for my first engagement photo shoot! My friends Ken and Liz decided to create a faux 1920s-1930s inspired picnic on the lawn of the location for their wedding exactly 365 days before their big day. We spent the afternoon at Oxon Hill Manor feeling and acting like we'd gone back in time. I'm looking forward to shooting their wedding next year! :) The rest of the set can be found here.

Jamshid and Vida.
What a learning experience! Not only was this my first wedding (that I got paid to do), it was also my first time shooting (mostly) indoors, my first time using all sorts of gadgets, and my first view of the Baha'i faith. I wish Jamshid and Vida the best as they start their new life together. The rest of my favorites are here.
