Hayden.

In addition to Hayden's cake smash, Amber asked me to shoot his birthday party that was scheduled to take place the next day. Of course! I had an excellent time snapping away as Hayden and his friends celebrated his first birthday. Happy birthday, little dude!

Hayden.

Amber found me through our mutual friend, Amanda. Amber wanted to do a cake smash for her son, Hayden and I jumped at the opportunity. I LOVE cake smashes because you never know what will happen. Hayden took a little convincing, but once he warmed up to the idea, he devoured his red velvet cake and became an adorable cake-y mess in the process.

Through the grapevine that is Facebook, I heard that The Aubergine Belly Dancing Troop was looking for a photographer to shoot an event. I jumped at the opportunity! I spent the night at Dark Horse Saloon in Bel Air, MD getting to know Nina and her a fun bunch of belly dancers and an equally fun belly dancing band. Thank you all for such an awesome night!

Sean and Ava recently moved to Virginia, but headed back to Dover, DE for their wedding. They had a small intimate ceremony in Dover, DE and I was honored to be a part of their day. I wish them the best as they begin this new chapter.

Brandon & Jackie.

I was excited to finally meet Brandon and Jackie at Calvert Cliff State Park in Lusby, MD for their engagement session. We had to hike a mile to get to our final destination, but it was totally worth it. I'm looking forward to spending their wedding day with them in April!
